Day 1: ULAANBAATAR – BAGA GAZRIIN CHULUU – ONGI MONASTERY
Guests will be welcomed at the railway station or airport and depart from Ulaanbaatar.
The journey begins with a visit to Baga Gazriin Chuluu, a remarkable granite rock formation in the Middle Gobi region.
Explore Jargalant Cave, the Eye Spring, and the ruins of an ancient temple.
Lunch will be served at a tourist camp.
In the afternoon, continue to the Ongi Monastery area and check in at the tourist camp.
Enjoy the scenic landscape of the Ongi River Valley before having dinner and relaxing at the camp.
Day 2: ONGI MONASTERY – BAYANZAG (FLAMING CLIFFS)
After breakfast, visit the ruins of Ongi Monastery and learn about its rich history and cultural heritage.
Enjoy a short walk along the banks of the Ongi River before lunch.
After lunch, travel to Bayanzag, internationally renowned for its dinosaur fossil discoveries.
Explore the striking red sandstone cliffs known as the Flaming Cliffs and admire the dramatic desert scenery.
Witness a beautiful sunset over Bayanzag before dinner and overnight stay at the tourist camp.
Day 3: BAYANZAG – KHONGOR SAND DUNES
After breakfast, depart for the magnificent Khongor Sand Dunes, the largest sand dunes in the Gobi Desert.
Visit a local nomadic family to experience the traditional Mongolian lifestyle.
Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a camel ride.
Explore the Seruun Bulag Oasis and hike to the famous Singing Dunes (Duut Mankhan), known for the unique sounds produced by the shifting sands.
Enjoy a spectacular sunset from the dunes before returning to the tourist camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: KHONGOR SAND DUNES – YOL VALLEY
After breakfast, depart for Yol Valley. Travel through the scenic landscapes of the Gobi Gurvansaikhan National Park.
Upon arrival, enjoy a hiking excursion through the spectacular Yol Valley canyon, known for its dramatic cliffs and unique mountain scenery.
Observe the natural habitat of rare birds and wildlife native to the region.
The hike covers approximately 5 km through one of the most beautiful areas of the Gobi Desert.
Return to the tourist camp in the evening for dinner and relaxation.
Day 5: YOL VALLEY – TSAGAAN SUVARGA (WHITE STUPA)
After breakfast, depart for Tsagaan Suvarga (White Stupa), one of the most remarkable geological formations in the Gobi Desert.
Explore the colorful cliffs and layered rock formations shaped by millions of years of natural erosion.
Enjoy a walking excursion around the area and take in the breathtaking landscapes, offering excellent opportunities for photography.
In the evening, return to the tourist camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: TSAGAAN SUVARGA – ULAANBAATAR
After breakfast, begin the journey back to Ulaanbaatar.
Travel across Mongolia’s vast steppe landscapes and enjoy the ever-changing scenery along the route.
Lunch will be served en route. Arrive in Ulaanbaatar in the evening.
Guests will then be transferred to the railway station or airport for their onward departure.
